Shipping Insurance
Skin Candy is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped. We use packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and/or paper to pack your items for better transport but once your package leaves our doorstep we are not liable for the package during transit.
Sometimes the postal service can be rough with packages, or by worst chance, it is lost. If you have purchased the addtional insurance, you can file a claim with USPS for a refund.
Simply select the proper insurance rate according to your order value and add it to your cart.
If there is damage or a loss, you are responsible for filing any claims. Packages that are not insured are not replaced or refunded by us.
